Site Access Conditions: It is recommended to wear walking or sports shoes, outdoor-appropriate clothing, and to bring a water bottle. Children and teenagers must always be under the supervision of an adult. Groups must adhere to the ratio dictated by their educational institution or tour provider. Dogs are accepted if they are socialized and kept on a leash.

Conditions for Purchasing an Air Canyon Ticket

A passenger must be at least 107 cm (42 inches) tall and be able to be secured by the restraint systems as intended. A passenger measuring between 107 cm (42 inches) and 120 cm (47 inches) must be accompanied by an adult.

The maximum weight allowed per pair of passengers is 205 kg (450 lbs). The maximum weight allowed per passenger is 136 kg (300 lbs).

Persons with reduced mobility must be able to sit to allow the restraint systems (seat belt) to ensure the passenger’s safety. Therefore, the entire thigh must be present, up to the knee.

Prosthetics are not allowed on the ride.

Passengers must respond to warnings and follow the instructions provided by the ride operator. They must behave appropriately to avoid causing or contributing to a dangerous situation for themselves or others. The operator may decide to prohibit someone from boarding the ride if deemed necessary.

Food, beverages, glass containers, and unsecured items are not allowed on board.

Hair or clothing that may get caught in the installation must be contained.

The chair is designed to support one person per seat. Children, babies, and pets held in arms are not allowed on the ride.

Passengers must be able to sit properly in their seat and hold on adequately during the ride.

The operator may decide not to proceed with a departure based on weather conditions (thunderstorm, snowstorm, high winds, or any other condition endangering the installations and passengers). Clients will be refunded in such cases.

It is not recommended for individuals with the following medical conditions to board the ride:

• Pregnant women
• Individuals with back or neck problems
• Individuals with heart problems
• Individuals with high blood pressure
• Individuals who have recently undergone surgery
• Individuals with any other known condition that could cause injury or complications

Air Canyon Ride Closure: Information on opening hours is available on the website and Facebook page. Clients must check this information before going to the park.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Season passes and day tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Select date and time tickets are valid only once for the indicated date and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The park is not responsible for tickets copied without authorization. Tickets are valid only for the season of purchase. Prices may change without notice. Transfers of day tickets to a person of a lower category are not refunded, but a supplement can be paid for a higher category. Transfers are subject to park approval.

Conditions for Group Reservations: Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Only one payment per reservation, and payment methods vary depending on the type of group.

Weather Conditions: In case of heavy rain or thunderstorms, the Air Canyon ride installations will temporarily close. If conditions do not improve, operations may be ceased for safety reasons. No refunds or ticket transfers will be accepted in case of rain.

Equipment Operations: In case of equipment breakdown or power outage, the park reserves the right to close the equipment without offering refunds or compensation.

Policy in Case of Ticket Loss: Lost day tickets or season passes can be reprinted or resent by email.

Payment Policy: Only MasterCard and Visa credit cards are accepted for online purchases. An ID will be required to verify season pass orders.

Liability Policy: The use of the facilities involves risks and safety regulations. Clients must comply with these regulations and assume responsibility for any damages. In case of non-compliance, access to the facilities may be denied without refund.
