The terms and conditions mentioned on this page apply to all our admissions. Note that identification may be requested at any time to validate the accuracy of orders.
Sanitary measures
The Canyon Sainte-Anne team is pleased to welcome you during the 2023 season and is committed to respecting any health measures put in place by government authorities. The customer understands that these are mandatory and that he must comply with them.
The customer also understands that in order to protect the health, safety and physical well-being of its customers and employees, the company must ensure the application of the measures put in place and that it will have to intervene in the event of a defect. The customer also understands that Canyon Sainte-Anne may have to reduce its traffic on physical site to protect its customers and employees, so we reserve the right to refuse anyone who does not have a ticket when the capacity of the park is reached.
Conditions related to group bookings
Group bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to your visit date. We reserve the right to refuse a booking when group booking capacity is reached. Only one payment per booking. Payments differ depending on the type of group. A member of our team will tell you the payment method to be made.
Conditions for purchasing an Air Canyon ticket
• A passenger must be at least 107 cm (42 in.) tall and be able to be held by restraint systems as intended. A passenger between 107 cm (42 in.) and 120 cm (47 in.) must be accompanied by an adult.
• The maximum weight allowed per pair of passengers is 205 kg (450 lbs). The maximum weight allowed per passenger is 136 kg (300 lbs). • People with reduced mobility must be able to sit in order to allow the restraint systems (seat belts) to ensure the safety of the passenger. That is why the entire thigh must be present, up to the knee.
• Prostheses are not permitted on board the ride.
• Passengers must react to warnings and follow the instructions provided by the ride operator. They must behave appropriately and appropriately so as not to cause or contribute to creating a dangerous situation for themselves or others. If deemed appropriate, the operator may make the decision to prohibit someone from boarding the ride.
• Food, beverages, glass containers and unsecured items are not permitted on board.
• It is mandatory to contain hair or clothing that may get caught in the installation.
• The chair is designed to support one person per seat. Children, babies and pets held in the arms are therefore not allowed in the carousel. • Passengers must be able to sit properly in their seats and stand properly during the ride.
• The operator may decide not to depart depending on weather conditions (thunderstorm, snowstorm, high winds or any other condition endangering the facilities and passengers). Customers will therefore be refunded.
• It is not recommended to board the ride for people suffering from the following medical conditions:
• Pregnant women
• People with back or neck problems
• People with heart problems
• People suffering from high blood pressure
• People who have recently had an operation
• People with any other known condition that may create injury or complications
Conditions related to the purchase of a season pass
Season passes are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and non-transferable. Canyon Sainte-Anne reserves the right to change prices without notice. Canyon Sainte-Anne reserves the right to charge you the price difference if your age does not correspond to the age indicated on the subscription purchased.
Season Pass Cancellation/Refund, Day Ticket or Air Canyon Ticket Policy
Seasonal passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash. Day tickets are also non-refundable and non-cash valuable. These products are valid exclusively for the season for which they were purchased and cannot be transferred to the next season without valid reason/proof.
Day ticket transfer
In case of transfer of a day ticket to a third party of different category whose price is lower, no refund of the difference in the amount will be made. Insofar as the ticket is transferred to someone in the higher-priced category, it is possible to pay the difference. Transfers are subject to acceptance and approval by Canyon Sainte-Anne and the company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Repayment
In accordance with the terms of use, Canyon Sainte-Anne does not offer refunds on the purchase of a day ticket. In addition, purchased tickets and season passes are subject to additional non-refundable administration fees. To the extent that a refund is offered, Canyon Sainte-Anne agrees to refund only the price of the product, excluding any additional fees that applied during the transaction.
Selective date tickets (Air Canyon) are valid only once and exclusively for the date indicated on the tickets and will be scanned when you enter the site. Please make sure that you have selected the good date for each of your tickets when you buy.
Tickets with selective dates are not refundable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Canyon Sainte-Anne is not responsible if tickets are copied without authorization and/or used by another person. This is a final sale and quantities are limited.
Weather
In the event of heavy rain and/or thunderstorms, the Air Canyon ride facilities will temporarily close until the storm is over. To the extent that weather conditions do not improve, Canyon Sainte-Anne reserves the right to cease operations of the entire ride as a safety precaution. In case of rain, operational activities can take place safely so no refund or transfer of tickets will be accepted despite the rain.
Air Canyon Ride Closure
The information is transmitted on the various information platforms (website, Facebook page). The customer is therefore responsible for checking the opening hours on these platforms before going to Canyon Saint-Anne. To the extent that a customer arrives at the park and the ride is closed, Canyon Sainte-Anne disclaims any responsibility.
Equipment Operations
In the event of equipment breakdown, management reserves the right to close the equipment in question for an indefinite period. In the event of a power outage, Canyon Sainte-Anne is in no way responsible and will not offer any refund and/or compensation to its visitors. We also reserve the right to close a queue or the ride before the park closes, without notice.
Policy in case of loss of your season pass or day ticket
In case of loss of day tickets or season passes, the administration is able to reprint the tickets and / or return them to the customer via their email address.
Payment Policy
Canyon Sainte-Anne only accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards for the purchase of products available on our online ticketing.
Following your purchase of a day ticket and/or season pass, Canyon Sainte-Anne will send you a confirmation email and your invoice when the purchase process is completed. In addition, when purchasing a seasonal pass on our online ticket office, an ID will be requested on site for the verification of the order.

Liability Policy
The use of the facilities involves certain inherent risks and hazards as well as safety regulations and instructions. By purchasing a season pass or a day ticket, the customer undertakes to comply with these regulations and agrees to assume full responsibility for damages of any kind. In case of non-compliance with the regulations, the management of Canyon Sainte-Anne reserves the right to prohibit access to the equipment up to the expulsion from the park. In these situations, no refund and/or compensation will be issued.
